Jeff Feigin, P.Eng, B.S.M.E., M.S.Env.E, LEED AP
Jeff is a Professional Engineer with a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Masters Degree in Environmental Engineering.
Jeff maintains a creative mind that uses innovation and proven technology to find optimal solutions to real world problems. His passion to design and engineer to a standard that focuses on excellent air to breathe and water to drink is absolute. As a project manager, he watches the bottom line but does not compromise on environmental issues or safety on the work-site.
His skills and experience have allowed HighWater Holding to grow and be recognized as a company driven by quality and results. Jeff is an excellent listener and communicator which optimizes his management skills and project performance. He takes the time to know his clients and understand their needs.
Jeff has specialized experience with waste water treatment, innovative energy technologies, on-site planning/design, environmental assessments, crane and lifting device inspection/ certification, Indoor Air quality, resource management and energy audits. He has knowledge in environmental review strategies that ensure sound environmental practices within the development or clean-up processes. He is a proven creative problem solver with experience in project creation, implementation and management.

Clarence LeLievre
Clarence is a senior designer with over 30 years of proven experience in both commercial and residential design, and construction projects. Other relevant skills include construction estimates, budgeting, project management and construction methods for our particularly harsh highland climate.
Clarence is not only a talented designer but also a boat builder, woodworker and musician. His combined talents/influences make him a rich and exciting designer.
ANGELICA FEIGIN, MES
Angelica specializes in holistic interior design along with the greening of educational spaces and buildings. Angelica has a Masters Degree in Environmental Studies from the School for Resource and Environmental Studies, Faculty of Management, Dalhousie University. Part of her research focused on how space in both our indoor and outdoor environment shapes our beliefs, actions, health and personal well being. Additional research was done through adjunct guidance from the Environmental Design and Urban Planning program at the School of Architecture, Dalhousie University.
ThOMas LIVINGSTON, P.Eng
Thomas is a professional Structural Engineer with experience building in Northern Canada. He is a recognized expert in solar design, including solar photovoltaic, thermal mass and window selection. He is also a master woodworker and brings years of dynamic design-build experience to the table.
Roneol kamdem, P.Eng
Roneol is a professional Electrical Engineer with a focus in energy efficiency. Some of his specialties include: Building Energy Analysis, Electrical Design, Lighting and Control Design, PV Solar Design and the integration of DC and AC systems.
Louis Joe Bernard
Louis Joe is a Mi'kmaq Kisi'ku and the Director of Development for the Union of Nova Scotia Indians. He is a believer in the use of innovative technology and sustainable development within First Nation projects.
Louis Joe has worked with HWH for many years in development and delivery of First Nation projects.
Stephan Hiem
A master craftsman whose broad understanding and awareness bring social and environmental considerations to the forefront. Stephan's work is steeped in traditional methods and materials. Stephan understands and is aligned with the HWH healthy house and sustainable design approach. In addition to being a well known sought after craftsman, Stephan's expansive hands on traditional building experience makes him an invaluable addition to our team.
BRIAN ELLIS
Brian is an experienced general contractor with principle knowledge of heavy machinery and equipment particularly in the field. Brian assists our engineering staff to perform on-site inspections of lifting devices, cranes, boom trucks, etc. His skill and mechanical sensitivity is so honed that he can scratch his own back with his excavator. His work is an invaluable addition to projects that require an extra depth of consideration and understanding of the project site. Brian performs and manages on-site remediation work. Brian is also a CAD technician.
LESTER WOOD
Lester is an independent Certified Accountant who not only keeps our accounts in order, he works with us on independent projects that require client requested accounting services. Lester has over 40 years experience in business and project development.
Robert Bernard
Robert is a project and community communicator with a lot of proven experience. Robert is fluent in Mi'kmaq and English. Among other projects Robert and HWH worked together on a Climate Vulnerability Study for all First Nation communities on Cape Breton Island.
Robert operates a grassroots based Aboriginal consulting business with the primary goal of helping to increase the overall capacity of First nations organizations, communities and Aboriginal businesses across Canada.

Gordon owns and operates GM MacDonald Welding Ltd. Gordon's certified mechanic and welding shop can assist us in any required repairs identified during lifting device inspections.
